DELIVERY

WHICH DAYS AND TIMES DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver every day from Tuesdays to Sundays, including Public Holidays.
We have 2 delivery windows: 11:00am – 3:00pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm (Tuesdays to Sundays)

The cut-off time for each delivery slot is as follows:

  • To arrange an 11:00 am – 3:00pm delivery, place your order by 6:00pm the day before.
  • To arrange a 4:00pm – 8:00pm delivery, place your order by 11:00am on the same day.

 

TELL ME MORE ABOUT SAME OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We offer same-day deliveries from Tuesdays to Sundays. Simply order before 11.00am to get your order delivered on the same day between 4:00pm – 8:00pm.
To receive your order on the next day between 11:00am-3:00pm, kindly place your order before 6:00pm the day before.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT TO BE DELIVERED?

No minimum order is required. We will deliver your order, regardless of the total amount you have ordered. Do note that a delivery charge of SGD 8.00 applies to all orders below SGD 60.00,

 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?

Our standard delivery rate is SGD 8.00 for orders below SGD 60.00.
Orders over SGD 60.00* will receive free shipping. (*after discount and other redemption are applied.)

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver island-wide in Singapore, except for restricted government and military zones.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our delivery team will get in touch with you via SMS before delivery or a phone call (if necessary). However, if no one is home to receive the order, we will place the package at your doorstep. Alternatively, an SGD 8.00 re-delivery charge will be applied should the delivery team be unable to deliver due to access restriction imposed by your property’s managing office.

 

HOW WILL FRESH GREENS LIAISE WITH ME AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

In addition to receiving an order confirmation via email, we will also WhatsApp you for delivery updates. To ensure smooth delivery, kindly provide us your mobile number when placing an order.

 

PAYMENT

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently only accept bank transfers via Paynow or Google Pay.


REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

For all feedback or complaints, please contact our customer service hotline at 6269 2263. If the goods are found to be unsatisfactory and should you wish to obtain a refund, we require the claim to be made on the same day of receiving the goods. Simply reach out to our customer service hotline at 6269 2263 for assistance and we will then issue a refund to your bank account or in the form of store credit to be used on  your next purchase.
